Chef Gordon Ramsay is quickly returning to Chicago with plans to open a second restaurant following the opening of his popular establishment Gordan Ramsey Burger. Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen will open in the Near North Side neighborhood. This addition will mark four total locations in the US, the first of which is located in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Initial reports by the Sun-Times indicate that this location will follow in its predecessor’s footsteps and will mirror the set of the famed show including a red and blue kitchen. The entrance will also host a large flame-filled Hell’s Kitchen logo just like the popular show. The restaurant will replace Cantina Laredo at 508 N. State Street and will span two floors and 18,000 square feet. The location is two blocks from Gordon Ramsay Burger which opened last December.
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen will serve many of the famed dishes most associated with Ramsay, most notably Beef Wellington. Though an exact date is not set, Chicagoans can expect to eat in Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen in 2023.
