A demolition permit was issued yesterday for a two-story, multi-unit frame building along with a detached frame garage located at 3752 N Francisco Avenue in the Irving Park neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as 2315 Kenneth LLC.
As for transportation options, Route 152 is the nearest bus service and can be found at the intersection of Addison & Francisco via a five-minute walk south. For those looking for local amenities, there are plenty of retail and dining options available along the nearby W Addison corridor.
DS Construction is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of publication, plans have been submitted for a two-story single-family home with an accompanying two-car frame garage.
