Exterior walls have climbed another level for 15 N Elizabeth Street near the western edge of West Loop. The underway five-story condominium building is a three-part effort under the name 15 N Elizabeth LLC, which consists of Ranquist Development Group, Jodi Development, and Campbell Coyle.
Set to house seven units, the project will offer layouts ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom residences. The two- and three-bedroom listings will begin at $795,000, while the four- and five-bedroom penthouses will begin at just under $2 million.
Residences will offer either a smaller balcony, a terrace, or both. The two duplex penthouses will each have access to a rooftop terrace. Units will also come with 10-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank oak flooring, flat panel Italian cabinetry, and Miele appliances. Parking will offer eight total spaces integrated in a ground-level garage.
The contemporary design is the work of Miller Hull Partnership and the renowned Osterhaus McCarthy. The facade features corrugated metal paneling, variably spaced windows, and cantilevered balconies.
As far as bus transportation, residents will be able to access Route 20 via a two-minute walk southwest to Madison & Throop. Other buses include Routes 9 and X9 to the west and Route 126 to the south. For those looking to board CTA L Green and Pink Lines, Ashland station is within an 11-minute walk northwest. Meanwhile, Blue Line service is accessible at Racine station.
The general contractor behind the $6.7 million construction has also been listed under 15 N Elizabeth LLC. Condominiums are being brokered exclusively by Chicago-based Dream Town Realty. A full completion is expected in November 2021.
