Developer Rigor Equity applied for a second identical permit on July 22 for 2908 West Flournoy. Each permit calls for a 3,720-square-foot building with a 457-square-foot detached two-car frame garage. No other details are mentioned in either permit. Since both lots are already vacant, no demolitions will be required before construction begins. Pavlovcik Architects is named as the architect of record, and Remodeling Kings Inc of Westmont, IL is the general contractor. It is not clear if the two buildings will go up simultaneously, or if they’ll be built out one at a time.
