  1. Man for a neighborhood with rising rents and space to build there doesn’t seem to be much development in Logan Square

  2. Quality looking buildings

  3. Please tell me they’re going to tear down that massive billboard blocking one of the units lol

  4. Verging on forbiddingly massive, but the volumes are decently broken up and are detailed nicely enough. The sheer amount of brick gives them that fortress-like appearance that so many neo-Chicago vernacular buildings have, but they still make nice bookends for the street.

    • == Verging on forbiddingly massive ==

      It’s a 4 over 1. That’s hardly “massive”.

      • *City implements practical density used everywhere in the world*

        “These structures have ruined my life! The shadows gave my cat cancer, and I can no longer park my lifted F150 in the solitude of a major throughfare. How are we to enjoy the stale air of parking lot now that our rusty billboard is blocked??”
