The permit cites the entity of PL 2863 W 21st as the property owner, with architect Andrew Wang named as the architect of record. Details show that the building will have a basement level and will be fully sprinklered. An exterior stairway will be constructed on the east side of the structure, and a five-foot privacy fence will enclose the lot. No parking, neither surface nor garage spaces, is mentioned, though the site is accessed by north-south and east-west alleys. Halo Masonry  Construction of Glenview is the designated general contractor.
