Details show that the building will have a basement level and will be fully sprinklered. An exterior stairway will be constructed on the east side of the structure, and a five-foot privacy fence will enclose the lot. Northbound and southbound Route 94 California buses stop in front of the platform, and there is also a Divvy bike rack located here.
