Those permits included reported costs of $431,000 and $3.0 million respectively. While the Brain Center will have free patient parking on its own lot, it is also convenient to public transportation. One block west at the intersection of Fullerton and Damen Avenues, the Route 50 bus makes stops both northbound and southbound, and the Route 74 bus has stops going east and west.

Sounds like a cool project! Any renders yet?
They would be included if I had access to any. Hopefully something will be released before construction is done. Maybe the first rendering will be the finished product.
