370 North Morgan Apartment Tower Continues Its Climb In Fulton Market

370 North Morgan November 2025 construction update370 North Morgan has reached the 14th floor.

With the podium levels all poured, the residential tower at 370 North Morgan is now headed vertical in the Fulton Market District. With the podium now complete, you can see the setbacks of the tower, one on the south façade and one on the north, that will give the finished building the appearance of two rectangular structures.

General contractor Skender and masonry partner McHugh Concrete were pouring the 14th floor at the end of last week, with the core rising in the midst. A construction hoist permitted at the end of July has been installed and is operating at the west side of the building. Also in July, a permit was issued for two tower-crane tie-ins. The first tie-in has been anchored into the 12th level and the crane has made its first jump.

Vista Property Group broke ground on 370 North Morgan in the spring. The Antunovich-designed 32-story, 494-unit apartment development will include 190 parking spaces and 4,500 square feet of retail space in its four-story podium. The estimated 24-month construction timeline puts in on pace for a spring 2027 grand opening.

  1. Clearly, by the images shown, Chicago no longer builds. 1 tower crane for a block that should have 50? And what are these materials?? Concrete and steel?! Next, you’re going to tell me they’re going to add glass??? We are so cooked…

Great photography btw! I like a good action shot.

  2. Railroad tracks both immediately north and south of the building. Enjoy.

  3. Curious to see the end result, this building is quite massive in person.

    • And get the entire block built as proposed, one singular stretch of train tracks, not even a mile long (3,600′), will have a skyline bigger than most US cities—just one linear track of buildings.

The potential is just astounding. We certainly are playing the long game, it feels, but this process is still only 20 years young.

  4. Excellent! Love to see this progress. 370 N Morgan will be a nice addition to Fulton Market.

On that note, I wonder what is going on with 350 N Morgan?

    • Sterling Bay got Plan Commission approval for a 573-unit residential tower in March, but then sold the lot in September.
