Exterior work is nearing completion at 519 West Fullerton Parkway in Lincoln Park. That’s the west half of the Fullerton Pointe development from P3 Properties, a 16-unit condominium project that includes 513 West Fullerton next door.

The west building got started with a full permit issued on November 28 of last year. It was well underway when 513 West Fullerton was permitted on June 9 of this year. And while that portion of the project continues block work on the first floor, the topped-out 519 is all bricked up in front, with masonry work continuing out back.

Fullerton Pointe is designed by Simple Home Builders, who are also the general contractor. Each four-story building will hold eight condos. They will both have a basement level and a deck atop the roof.  519 West Fullerton has open terraces on the first three floors, and a steel stairway connects all levels in the rear. There will be an eight-car garage behind each of the two addresses, and those too will be topped by roof decks.

On their website, P3 Properties states an anticipated opening of spring 2026. We don’t know if that is for all 16 condos, or just for the first eight in the first phase of construction, but it seems likely the eight units at 519 West Fullerton would be finished and available first.

  4. Nicely done, seems to fit into the neighborhood.

  5. Very nice!

  6. I appreciate how this project turned out well despite the negative feedback on this board when the new renderings were released last year. It shows that people shouldn’t get overly worked up about renderings.

    • There was only one mild comment that was lukewarm on the design. Where are you seeing this plethora of negativity?

If anything, the masses had little to say, with some random comments asking about finding units.

  7. Great looking building!

    • Take a road down memory lane, to June 27, 2024, when the updated design was released. The very first three comments will answer you question.

      You’re welcome.

  8. I admit that it’s turning out better than I thought. The original building did have beautifully detailed masonry work.

  9. Take a road down memory lane, to June 27, 2024, when the updated design was released. The very first three comments will answer you question.

    You’re welcome.

    • 8-4 positive comments to negative. Two very snarky and two just unimpressed. Pretty typical run-of-the-mill polarization.

I am glad we can collectively agree that the new stadium is a joke.

  10. Looks great! Happy to see some beautiful facades that’ll fit in with the neighborhood.

  11. Wow that looks lovely.
