Work for the renovation is being led by owner Hillary Omoigui, with plans self-certified by architect Himanshu Goyal. Work is anticipated to cost $75,000. The total fee for the permit is $795.28, with $720.28 paid towards building fees and $75 for zoning fees. There are no unpaid or waived fees.
3429 West Harrison Street is located steps from the Kedzie-Homan CTA Station, which services the Blue Line.
