A new construction permit has been issued for a two-story, three-unit residential building at 2949 West 25th Place in Little Village. Plans were self-certified by architect Peter Sterniuk.
The property, when complete, will include a front stair, rear two-story porch with stair, and a three car parking pad in the rear of the property. Construction, which is anticipated to cost approximately $350,000, is being led by owner and developer TA Development LLC.
The $4,253 permit includes fees for building, zoning, and other costs. $375 of the total fee has been paid so far, with the remaining $3,878 balance still due.
