The total fees associated with the permit amount to $9,795.97, which includes $6,415.97 in building fees, $1,500 in zoning fees, and $1,880 in other fees. All fees have been paid, and no fees were waived.
The owner of the property is listed as Chicago Title Land Trust#90023. Plans were designed by self-certified architect Michael Cox. The reported cost of construction is $850,000.
