A new construction permit has been issued for a proposed four-story, three-unit residence at 1313 West Wrightwood Avenue in Lincoln Park. The permit was applied for on September 12 and issued on October 25.

The project will include a basement, roof deck with pergolas, front and rear porches, a 2nd-floor front porch, a 3rd-floor front balcony, four-story rear stairs, and a three-car garage with a roof deck and pergola.

The total fee for the permit is $10,381.00, consisting of a building fee of $3,241.00, a zoning fee of $1,5000.00, and other fees amounting to $5,640.00. The estimated cost of the project is $932,960.00. Architect Helen Liptak is behind project designs.
