Western Front LLC has been granted a permit for the construction of a new four-story, eight-unit residential building with a basement at 4529 North Western Avenue In Ravenswood. The permit, issued on August 20, comes after a lengthy 229-day self-certification process that began with the application submission on January 4.

The new building will feature an eight-car garage in the basement, a deck over a portion of the garage, a rooftop deck with stair enclosures, and decks on the first through fourth stories.
