The City of Chicago has issued a self-certification permit for the construction of a new two-story, five-dwelling unit apartment building with a basement, rooftop penthouses, and roof decks, as well as a detached one-story, five-car garage at 3339 North Ridgeway Avenue in Avondale.
The total cost of the project is estimated at $490,000, with permit fees totaling $10,114.62. This includes a building fee of $7,845.62, a zoning fee of $75, and other fees amounting to $2,194. The applicant paid an initial fee of $375, with the remaining $9,739.62 still unpaid.
The owner of the property is Wentworth 39 LLC. Plans were designed by Ronald Vari. When complete, 3339 North Ridgeway Avenue will be located a short walk from CTA Stations servicing the Blue Line.
