The owner of the property is listed as Bonita Harrison. They are working alongside the architect, Alexander Polichuk. When complete, the property will be located a short walk from bus service for Routes 29 and 59, and approximately a 15-minute walk from two Garfield CTA Stations which service the Green and Red Lines respectively.
