  1. Always pleased to see new investment come to Lawndale! There has been a bunch on the other side of the tracks. It’s good to see it move west.

    • Agreed, these developments are humble but when starting with a vacant lot, a 3 flat literally makes a 3x jump and chips away at restoring fuller urban vitality.
