A new residential development is underway at 213 East 50th Street in Bronzeville, where DOM Acquisitions LLC is spearheading the construction of a new four-story residential building.
The project, which has an estimated budget of $500,000, plans to yield four residential units when complete. The building design includes rear balconies for each unit. Beyond that, the property will feature a driveway that leads to three parking spaces on the rear side of the lot. Local architect Andy Kacprzynski is the architect of record for project designs.
213 East 50th Street, when complete, will be located steps from bus service for Route 15. Beyond that, it will be a short walk from the 51st Street CTA Station, which services the Green Line.
