A renovation project has been approved for 4138 North Clarendon Avenue, a three-story masonry residential building boasting four dwelling units in Buena Park. This project, which has a budget of $100,000, was approved on March 22.
Samuel Pavlovcik, a Chicago-based self-certified architect, is spearheading the design of this renovation. QB Construction Inc, the general contractor, is responsible for the overall execution of the project, which is planned to result in a more attractive, functional, and energy-efficient property.
4138 N Clarendon Avenue is located a short walk from bus service for Routes 36, 135, and 148. Beyond that, the Sheridan CTA station, which services the Red Line, is also a short walk from the property.
