Permits have been issued for 3951 North Wayne Avenue, a new residential development in Lake View. The project, which has a budget of $9,646,500 was approved on March 25. When complete, the four-story building plans to offer 31 units and comprehensive amenities including rooftop access and a deck. It is being developed by owner Viktor Jakovljevis.
Plans for the development have been outlined by architect Bill Kokalias. Vivify Construction LLC is serving as the general contractor for the project, and will oversee the construction to ensure timely and efficient progress.
When complete, 3951 North Wayne Avenue will be located a short walk from stops for the 9, X9, 22, and 80 bus lines. Beyond that, the Sheridan CTA Station, which services the Red Line, will be a short walk to the east of the property.

The quoted budget amount seems to be inaccurate.
I believe the budget is off by an order of magnitude. $9,455,000 would make a lot more sense.
