A new residential development has been approved at 2654 North Greenview Avenue in West DePaul. The three-story apartment building, when complete, will boast six dwelling units. It has a budget of $1.4 million, and is being led by SPEC Development LLC.
The project plans to feature a basement and a rooftop access enclosure. In addition, it will include a detached six-vehicle garage with a rooftop deck and access stair. Self-certified architect Michael Cox is in charge of the design of the project.
When complete, 2654 North Greenview Avenue will be located steps from bus service for Route 9, and will be a short walk from stops for Route 74. Beyond that, the Diversey CTA Station, which services the Brown Line and Purple Line, will be an 18-minute walk to the east of the property.
