The project’s estimated budget is $200,000.
Firmin Senga is in charge of ensuring that the new office space fits appropriately with the property’s existing design. CHI Construction Inc, a general contractor from Lincolnwood, will manage construction work.
2313 West Fullerton Avenue is located steps from bus service for Routes X49, 49, and 74. Beyond that, the California CTA Station, which services the Blue Line, is a 17-minute walk to the south-west of the property.

The Fullerton corridor seems like it should be poised for investment. I’m kind of surprised this isn’t a redevelopment project. There’s a surprising amount of vacant land in the area, considering how expensive the area is becoming.
