An interior remodeling project is underway at 1459 West Victoria Street in Andersonville, aiming to revitalize the existing three-story, three-unit residence at the address. Permits were issued on January 8, and the project’s budget is $50,000.

Remodeling plans involve comprehensive updates to the building’s internal structure. These renovations are expected to modernize the space and improve its functionality.

The project design is led by architect Robert Friedman from Skokie, IL S & S Illumination Service Inc, an electrical contractor based in Roselle, IL, is responsible for all electrical aspects of the renovation. Elizabeth Mandville Greeson, the owner and general contractor, is overseeing the project’s execution.

1459 W Victoria Street is located steps from bus service for Routes 22 and 50. Beyond that, the Thorndale CTA station, which services the Red and Purple Lines, is 14-minute walk to the northeast of the property.
