The renovation, led by owner Morgan Dubiel, focuses on the building’s rear structure and involves comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades. This renovation has a budget of $10,000 and total permit fees of $625. Residents of 8357 S Baltimore Avenue are located steps from stops for the 26, 71, 95 and N5 bus lines, and are a 7 minute walk to the northeast from the 83rd Street Metra Station, which services the Electric District Train.
