The proposed structure is a two-story, two-unit residence with a basement, front stairs, a rear two-story deck, and stairs. Additionally, a rear two-space garage with a one-space parking pad is also part of the project. GT Alternatives LLC is the listed owner of the property.

GT Alternatives LLC is also the general contractor for the project, and the reported construction cost stands at $250,000. As of now, there is no announced estimated completion date for the development.
