A construction permit has been issued for a new development at 1101 N Lawndale Avenue in Humboldt Park. The proposed structure is a two-story, two-unit residence with a basement, front stairs, a rear two-story deck, and stairs. Additionally, a rear two-space garage with a one-space parking pad is also part of the project. GT Alternatives LLC is the listed owner of the property.
The architectural design for the development has been undertaken by Peter Sterniuk. As of now, no design renderings are currently available,
Bus transit options near the location are ample, with bus service for Routes 65 and 70 available at Division & Grand/Monticello within a five-minute walk.
GT Alternatives LLC is also the general contractor for the project, and the reported construction cost stands at $250,000. As of now, there is no announced estimated completion date for the development.
