A permit has been issued for a three-story residential development at 333 W Garfield Boulevard in Englewood. Replacing an empty parcel, this new project is being developed by Cedric Whitten and is expected to yield three new units.
Beckley Engineering, LLC is the listed structural engineer and Vision Developers & Associates is the general contractor. The construction features a rear three-vehicle garage with a rooftop deck, a six-foot wooden fence, and four-foot iron fences.
The property is located less than a block west from bus service for Route 55, with additional Routes 24 and 59 and CTA Red Line service one block further along I-90.
As of writing, the project is estimated to cost $150,075, but no completion date has been announced yet.
