Despite no owner listed in the filing, the architect of record for the project is Christopher G. Boehm of 360 Design Studio. The permit description indicates a roof deck and pergola, rear decks, and fences, as well as a two-vehicle garage with a separate roof deck and pergola.
The property is located amidst several public transit options such as the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines at Belmont station along with bus service for Routes 8, 22, and 77.
The general contractor for the project is General Masonry LLC. Given the nature of the conditional permit and a wrecking permit still pending, no completion timeline could be discerned.
