Details of the design or any additional features were not available in the application.
While there has been no indication of added parking spaces, nearby bus services include Routes 70, 72, 73, and 82, all within close walking distance.
Antigua Inc has been enlisted as the general contractor for the project. The renovation comes with a reported construction cost of $65,000. A full completion timeline has not been disclosed.

Given the number of vacant storefronts in the area, I’m surprised there’s a market for additional office space. I can’t recall if local zoning allows for office on the first floor.
