Dual permits have been issued for two new residential buildings at 4605 and 4607 S St Lawrence Avenue in Bronzeville. The projects involves the construction of a new three-story, three-unit residential masonry building at 4605 South St Lawrence Avenue and a new four-story, three-unit residential masonry building at 4607 South St Lawrence Avenue. The buildings will replace a currently vacant grass lot, while the listed owner of the project is St. Lawrence Properties LLC.

The architect for the project is Charles E. Schwartz according to the filing, which also lists exterior details include open rear steel decks, egress stairs at the second and third floors, a concrete patio, a private roof deck with a roof canopy over the west half, and a three-vehicle private frame garage. At the moment, however, no drawings or renderings could be found online.

Parking provisions for the development are in place, and nearby bus service is available for Route 47 just to the south. The nearest Green Line CTA L service can be found at 47th station, a 10-minute walk southwest.

The general contractor for the project is APMW Developer Corporation, while the construction cost of each project is $380,000. An estimated completion date has not been announced for either of the adjacent properties.
