Permits have been issued for a new residential project at 3725 S Giles Avenue in Bronzeville. Chestnut Builders LLC is the owner of the project, which will be a three-story, three-unit residential masonry building.

The building will include an open rear steel deck, an egress stair at the second and third floors, a concrete patio, and a three-car private masonry garage. The architect behind the design is Charles Schwartz.

Residents of the building will be conveniently located near several bus stops and a CTA L station. The nearest bus stops are located at the intersection of 38th Street and Giles Avenue and at the intersection of 37th Street and Indiana Avenue. The closest L station is the Green Line at Indiana station, located a short walk away from the building.

Metropole Holdings is serving as the general contractor. As of now, the completion date for the project is not yet known.
