The closest bus service available is Route 49 which can be found at the Western & Berteau stop via a five-minute walk southwest. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Montrose station via a 14-minute walk northeast. There is a very active restaurant and retail scene nearby along N Western and N Lincoln Avenues.
Tir Conaill Concrete Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on the project.
