A demolition permit was issued earlier this week for a two-story multi-unit building located at 2849 South Quinn Street in the Bridgeport neighborhood. The owners have been listed as Optimum Concept Living. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are no pending permits for any future constructions.
The closest bus service available is Route 62, which can be found at the intersection of Archer & Poplar via a four-minute walk northwest. There are a number of popular businesses and eateries along nearby S Archer Street. For green space, Henry C. Palmisano Nature Park is a two-minute walk east.
Lagos General Contractors is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. There is no indication as to a timeline for any future constructions.
