The owner is listed as 2219 W Foster LLC and plans indicate this project will yield three units and a detached three-vehicle garage with a rooftop deck. The development will replace an existing structure.
Michael S Cox is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description has indicated a masonry exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 92 and can be found at Foster & Leavitt via a one-minute walk across the street. Winnemac Park is a three-minute walk east of the property. There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minutes walk west along either N Western of N Damen Avenues.
Healy Carpentry LLC will act as the general contractor for the $800,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
