Demolition permits were issued earlier this week to remove a three-story mixed-use building located at 3918 N Lincoln Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The owner is listed as 3914 Lincoln LLC.
The nearest transportation service is Route 50 at the intersection of Damen & Byron via a two-minute walk south. The nearest CTA Brown Line access is at Irving Park station via a six-minute walk east. There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options along Irving Park Road.
Precision Excavation is acting as the demolition contractor on the project. No permits have been filed for any new builds at this location.

Northcenter major intersection is being build up nicely.
Can’t wait for the old bank and parking lot to be replaced by that 8 story or taller. With all the new construction I think finally all the store fronts will fill up to service all the new residents.
