For future residents of the property site, the nearest bus service available is Route 94 and can be found at the California & Wabansia station via a four-minute walk west. The CTA Blue Line is the nearest line and can be boarded at the Western station via a 12-minute walk from the property. Those looking for green space can head over to Flower Park via a six-minute walk northeast. The surrounding area is bustling with retail, restaurant, and social options.
GB Construction LLC will be acting as the general contractor for both the demolition and the upcoming build. We previously reported on permits issued earlier this month for the construction of a new two-flat construction with a basement and a detached three-vehicle garage with its own rooftop deck.
