New Permits Issued for 2426 W Augusta Boulevard in West Town

Street View of 2426 W Augusta Boulevard

Permits were issued recently for a new three-story residential building located at 2426 W Augusta Boulevard in the West Town neighborhood. The lot is currently unoccupied. The permit owner is listed as Angelo Laskaris, and the plans indicate that the scope of the project will include three total units and a basement level. There will be a rooftop deck with an enclosed staircase and rear steel porches on all floors.

Marek Dominikowski is listed as the architect of record for the project. As of now, no drawings or renderings have been posted. However, we do know this will be a masonry build with a brick exterior.

Future residents will have access to Route 49 bus service at the Western & Thomas stop via a four-minute walk north. This lot is very well situated for dining and retail options, many of which are readily accessed by foot along N Western Avenue.

E.L.K Enterprises Inc will be acting as the general contractor behind the reportedly $500,000 construction. A timeline or completion date for the project has not yet been released.
