The new construction plans for the project include two units, a basement level, a rear porch, a detached two-vehicle garage, and additional parking in the form of a three-vehicle parking pad. The project will be replacing a vacant lot.

Stern Group Architects is listed as the architect of record for the project. There are no publicly available renderings or concept art at the time of this writing. It’s unclear if this will be a masonry build or a frame build.

The nearest bus access for Route 70 can be found via a four-minute walk north at the Division & Kildare stop. The property is near various retail, dining, and bar options along Division Street.

GT Alternatives LLC will also serve as the general contractor for the roughly $250,000 project. No timeline has been given for the completion of this development.
