There is an existing masonry structure at the project site. No demolition permits have been filed.
The nearest bus access can be found for Route 77, which can be found via a five-minute walk south down N Clifton avenue to the Belmont & Seminary stop. This property is also a quick nine-minute walk east to the Belmont CTA L station which connects to the Brown, Red, and Purple Lines. There are a number of exciting and engaging entertaining and dining options along W Belmont Avenue.
R Developing Group will serve as the general contractor for the $900,000 project. No projection date has been given for the completion of this project.
