The owner is listed as 4510 Cottage Grove LLC and plans indicate that the project will include ground-floor office space and an attached two-vehicle garage. There will be three dwelling units spread across the upper floors, each equipped with a front balcony. Christopher Boehm of 360 Design Studio is the architect of record and plans show this will be a masonry build. As of now, no drawings or renderings have been made public.
Future residents will find bus service for Route 4 at the intersection of Cottage Grove & 46th Street, within a two-minute walk south of the property site. The closest rail access is an 18-minute walk west to the CTA 47th Street station where the Green Line can be boarded.
AMPW Developer Corp is the general contractor behind the reportedly $1.29 million construction. A timeline for construction has not been released.
