A permit was issued Thursday for a one-and-a-half-story commercial building to be located at 4620 W Armitage Avenue in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. The permit owner is listed as Keane Management LLC and the permit indicated this will be for commercial use including office and storage. The property site is currently vacant.
Hemal Purohit is listed as the architect of record. At the time of this writing, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed. However, it has been confirmed that this will be a masonry build. Quality Excavations Inc is acting as the general contractor on the build.
The building can be readily accessed via CTA transportation in the form of Route 73 at the 4600 W Armitage stop which is directly in front of the future site. There are many retail and dining options that are close to the planned project along W Armitage Avenue.
