A permit was issued yesterday for a new two-story residential building to be located at 2219 N Kimball Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood. The owners are listed as S. Evans Jones and Geronimo Debeza and plans indicate this project will result in two total units along with a basement level, a rear porch, and a detached two-vehicle. This is a shared lot, and the development will replace an existing structure.

Michael S Cox is listed as the structural engineer on this project. There are no publically available renderings at this time.

The closest bus service available is Route 82 and can be found at Kimball & Palmer via a one-minute walk south. The CTA Blue Line can be accessed at the California station via an 18-minute walk east.

There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minutes walk north along W Fullerton Avenue. There are more options east along the N Milwaukee Avenue corridor.

Always Perfect Choice LLC will act as the general contractor for the $520,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
