The closest bus services available are Route 50. This service can be found at the intersection of Damen & Cortland which is a two-minute walk west of the property site. There are dining and retail options within five minutes of the property along N Damen Avenue.
Carlos Group Inc is serving as the demolition contractor. No permits or plans for a future build have been submitted at the time of this writing.
