The closest bus services available are Route 77. This service can be found at the intersection of Belmont & Albany via a three-minute walk south. Nearby Belmont Avenue is full of many retail, dining, and nightlife options. Those looking to catch the CTA Blue Line may do so at the Belmont station via an 11-minute walk southwest.

TM1 Construction Inc is serving as the demolition contractor. Permits have been submitted for plans to replace the current structure with a two-story single-family frame residence with a basement and a detached two-car garage.
