A demolition permit was issued yesterday for a one-story masonry building located at 3215 S Morgan Street in the Bridgeport neighborhood. Martin Felsen has been listed as the permit owner. At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no permits for any future constructions.
The closest bus service available is for Route 31, found at the intersection of 31st Street & Morgan via a three-minute walk north. There are a number of popular businesses and eateries along nearby S Halsted Street.
Master Guys Demolition Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. There is no indication as to a timeline for any future constructions.
