The permit’s owner has been listed as the Chicago Southwest Development Corporation. According to the submitted permit, there are three total buildings at this address that will be demolished.
The closest bus services available are Route 35. This service can be found at the intersection of 31st Streett & Homan via a one-minute walk east. There are a few retail and dining that are readily accessible along 31st street.
Brandenburg Industrial Services Co is serving as the demolition contractor. Permits have yet to be submitted for any future plans to replace the current structure.
