The project will replace an existing structure.
Michael S Cox is listed as the architect of record. No renderings or drawings of the proposed project could be found, though multiple masonry contractors imply a brick exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 50 and can be found at Damen & Grace, easily accessible just steps away from the front of the building. The CTA Brown Line can be accessed at the Addison station via a six-minute walk south. There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located along the N Lincoln Avenue corridor.
Coen Construction will also serve as the general contractor for the $900,000 construction. A detailed timeline or an anticipated completion date has not yet been revealed.
