A demolition permit has been issued for a two-story, multi-unit masonry building along with a detached frame garage located at 3854 N Claremont Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as 3854 N Claremont LLC. At the time of publication, a permit has been issued for a new two-story residential construction. Plans also indicate the presence of a detached two-car garage and a planned rooftop deck.
Route 49 is the nearest bus service and can be found at the intersection of Western & Grace via a four-minute walk southwest. There is an abundance of retail and restaurant options along nearby N Western Avenue.
Precision Excavation is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
