A demolition permit has been issued for a three-story, multi-unit frame residence and a detached frame garage located at 4251 N Richmond Street in the Irving Park neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Francis Kenneth and Dharma Kuhr. Permits were previously issued in October for plans to erect a two-story single-family home, complete with a basement, two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.
The closest bus service for Route 78 can be found at the intersection of Montrose & Francisco via a four-minute walk north. There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options along nearby W Montrose Avenue.
All Concrete Chicago Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
