Provided drawings and renderings showing a masonry building with an ornate front facade.
The property is steps north of the intersection of N Southport Avenue and W Diversey Parkway. East and westbound stops for Bus 76 can be found at this intersection, while additional stops for Routes 9 and X9 are accessible via a six-minute walk west to Ashland & Diversey.
Nearest CTA L availability for the Brown and Purple Lines is a 12-minute walk east to Diversey station. Additionally, Belmont station is serviced by all three of the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines, and is located a 20-minute walk northwest.
