Demolition permits have been issued for a two-story masonry building at 3334 N Oakley Avenue, located in Lake View‘s North Center neighborhood. The brick structure currently houses multiple units and includes a detached garage, according the filing. Meanwhile, it is unclear what the owner, listed under FBF LLC, plans to do with the site. The area is currently zoned under RS-3, which allows for single family homes and two-flats.

Additional routes within a 10-minute walk include Route 77 to the south and southeast, the 49 Express Route to the north and south, Route 50 to the northeast and southeast, and lastly Route 152 to the northwest and northeast.
CTA L transit for the Green Line, meanwhile, includes Addison station and Paulina station, each under a 20-minute walk to the northeast and east (respectively). Meanwhile, the nearest Blue Line access is a 31-minute walk southwest to Belmont station.
